All my progress is gone. How do I get it back?

Don’t worry – you may still be able to recover your progress!

Saved progress is stored on your device. You may lose progress if:

  • The MathTango app was uninstalled from the device.
  • The device has been factory reset.
  • Your Player Profile was removed.
  • You are using a new Player Profile.
  • You are using a new device.

If you’ve removed a player profile, don’t worry! Follow these steps to recover your profile: How do I recover an accidentally deleted player profile?

If you’re using a new device and still have access to your previous device, please follow these steps: How do I transfer progress from one device to another?

Unfortunately, if you uninstalled the app or performed a factory reset, you cannot recover your saved progress. We’re sorry for the inconvenience.
