How do I recover an accidentally deleted player profile?

We can look into this for you — in some cases, we can recover a deleted profile.

Please reach out to our support team through the MathTango app. To do this, follow the steps below:

Go to the Parents Icon (top-left).
Select Contact Us > General Question or Comment.
In your message, please include the following information:
- If you would like to recover a deleted player profile.
- The name of the profile that was deleted.

If you deleted the app or factory reset your device, unfortunately, your profile will not be recoverable.
