How do I transfer progress from one device to another?

To transfer your saved progress from one device to another, please follow the steps below:

• Open your MathTango app on the device with your saved progress.
• Tap the House Icon (right-side) to return to the Main Menu.
• Tap on the Parent Icon (top-left).
• Tap on Contact Us.
• Tap Playing on multiple devices.
• Fill out the form and tap Send.

Our support team will generate a link for you to transfer your progress to your preferred device within 1-5 business days of receiving the request.

Please note that saved progress can only be transferred between Apple devices or from Android to Apple devices. Transferring between Android devices or from Apple to Android is not currently supported.
