Can I upgrade my current subscription to a Piknik Unlimited Plan?
Yes! You can upgrade your subscription to a Piknik Unlimited Plan. To do this, follow our upgrade steps associated with the App Store and app used for your original purchase.

Purchased on iOS:
- Make sure you’re signed into the Apple ID that you originally used to subscribe.
- Open the App Store > Profile (top-right) > Subscriptions.
- Tap the name of the subscription that you want to change.
- Tap See All Plans.
- Select the new plan.
Please note that depending on the subscription you choose, your subscription may begin immediately or may begin after your current billing period ends.
Purchased on Google Play:
- Make sure you’re signed into the Google Play ID that you originally used to subscribe.
- Open the Play Store App.
- Tap on your Profile (top-right) > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- Tap Manage Subscription.
- Select the new plan.
- Select a supported payment method.
- Tap Buy or Subscribe.
Please note that depending on the subscription you choose, your subscription may begin immediately or may begin after your current billing period ends.

Purchased on Amazon:
The Piknik Unlimited Plan is not currently available through the Amazon App Store.
You can choose to purchase a Piknik subscription through Apple, Google Play, or the Piknik website. Please note that subscribing to Piknik separately will not automatically cancel your original subscription through Amazon. With this in mind, please be sure to cancel your original Sago Mini World, Sago Mini School, Sago Mini First Words, MathTango, Toca Boca Jr, or Hair Salon 4 subscription(s) to avoid duplicate billing.
