Why can’t I access my MathTango subscription?

If you’ve purchased your MathTango subscription before May 16th, 2024, please follow these steps: I subscribed to MathTango before it was a part of Piknik. How do I get access to Piknik, including MathTango?

If you’re having trouble with the steps above, please email our support team at support@playpiknik.com, with the following information:

  • A screenshot of your active subscription.
  • If you have a Piknik Account, please include the email associated with your Piknik Account.
