I subscribed to MathTango before it was a part of Piknik. How do I get access to Piknik, including MathTango?
If you were an active subscriber of MathTango before it became a part of Piknik, you are eligible for a free 1-year Piknik Unlimited Plan subscription!
A Piknik Unlimited Plan gives you access to our entire library of games, including MathTango, Sago Mini World, Sago Mini School, Sago Mini First Words, Toca Boca Jr, and Hair Salon 4 for one low monthly price.
To access your free Piknik Unlimited Plan, please follow the steps below:
Update your MathTango app to the latest Piknik version.
If you have automatic updates on, you can open your current app to start the update.
If you do not have automatic updates on, please go to the App Store > Search for MathTango > Tap Update. Your update should then start.
- If you are having trouble with updating the app, please do not uninstall the app as you will lose all saved progress. With this, please first safeguard your saved data by following our steps here: How do I transfer progress from one device to another?
Open your MathTango app. You should see a screen noting the changes to MathTango and offering you your free Piknik Unlimited Plan. Tap to accept.
You will then be re-directed to our support form. Here, you can note if you’d like to keep your game progress or if you have any additional questions. Once you have added any additional details, tap Send.
You should receive an automated message from our support team noting that we received your inquiry. One of our team members will reach out to you within 1-5 business days to walk you through setting up your free Piknik Unlimited Plan.
If you don’t have a subscription but have previously purchased individual items or activities through the MathTango app, email our support team at support@playpiknik.com. Please include screenshots of your purchase receipt(s) for your MathTango items.
