I'm a subscriber but can't see the new content in my app. What do I do?

Oh no, it looks like the new update may be playing hide-and-seek! Don’t worry – we have an easy fix that should help you find it.

The App Store should automatically update your apps when new content becomes available. However, this setting may be turned off on your device. In that case, you may need to manually update your app. To do this, please follow the steps below.

Apple

  1. Open the App Store.
  2. Tap your Profile Icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Scroll until you see the Available Updates section.
  4. Tap Update next to the app title, or tap Update All.
  5. You're all set!

Google Play (Android)

  1. Open the Google Play Store.
  2. Tap your Profile Icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Tap Manage Apps & Devices.
  4. Scroll to the app title and tap Update.
  5. You're all set!

Amazon (Kindle)

  1. Open Apps.
  2. Tap Store.
  3. Tap App Updates.
  4. Scroll to the app title and tap Update.
  5. You're all set!

Please note that Sago Mini World will no longer receive new game updates on Amazon (Kindle) devices. All new content will still be available through Apple and Google Play devices.
