How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails?

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails by scrolling down to the bottom of the email and clicking the "Unsubscribe" link. You should be redirected to our email preferences page.

If you would still like to receive specific emails from our marketing team, such as promotional emails, be sure to select those under “Your Preferences” and then select “Save your Preferences.”

If you do not wish to receive any marketing emails, you can tap “Unsubscribe from All Emails,” and you’re all set!

Please note that this will unsubscribe you from marketing emails only. Any emails related to an active Sago Mini Account, such as password reset and payment notifications, will not be cancelled as they're necessary to the live account.
