How do I delete my Piknik account or information?

To request to have your Piknik account deleted, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to your app.
2. Head to the Parents Icon (top-left).
3. Pass the parent gate by entering your year of birth.
4. Tap Settings.
5. Select Request Account Deletion.
6. Fill out the form and hit Send.

Our team will respond to your request within 1-5 business days.
