How do I delete my Account or Information?

To request to have your Piknik Account deleted, please follow the steps below:
- Go to your app.
- Head to the Parents Icon (top-left).
- Pass the parental gate.
- Tap “Settings.”
- Select “Request Account Deletion.”
- Fill out the form and hit send.
Our team should respond to your request within 3-5 business days.
