I purchased a subscription through the Piknik website, but my games are still locked.
To access your games, make sure you’re signed into the Piknik account used for your subscription purchase. To do this, please follow the steps below.
- Download the latest version of your subscribed app to your device.
- Tap Sign In and enter your email and password.
- Follow the steps below if you don’t see an option to sign in.
- Tap the Parents Icon (top-left).
- Open the Settings tab.
- Tap Sign In and enter your credentials.
- You’re all set!
