How do I update my account info or change my password?

You can update your Piknik Account information, such as your email and password, through your app by following the steps below.

  1. Open the World, School, First Words, Toca Boca Jr, or Toca Boca Hair Salon 4 app on your device.
  2. Tap on the Parents Icon (top-left).
  3. Click on the "Settings" tab. Here, you can view your subscription details and update your email, password, and more!
