How do I change or upgrade my subscription plan?
If you’d like to change your subscription plan, you can do so through the App Store used for your original purchase.
Purchased on iOS:
- Make sure you’re signed into the Apple ID that you originally used to subscribe.
- Open the App Store > Profile (top-right) > Subscriptions.
- Tap the name of the subscription that you’d like to change.
- Tap See All Plans.
- Select the new plan.
Purchased on Google Play:
- Make sure you’re signed into the Google Play ID that you originally used to subscribe.
- Open the Play Store App.
- Tap on Profile (top-right) > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- Tap Manage Subscription.
- Select the new plan.
- Select a supported payment method.
- Tap Buy or Subscribe.
Purchased on Amazon:
- On your computer, go to amazon.com > Your Account.
- Select Your Apps under Digital Content and Devices.
- Select Your Subscriptions under Manage.
- Select the new plan.
Purchased on Piknik Website:
If you have purchased your subscription through our website, you can upgrade your subscription to Piknik here: Upgrade to Piknik. Or, use our Contact Us link found at the bottom of the page with the email address used to subscribe, and we’ll be happy to help.
Please note that your new subscription plan will begin immediately if you choose to upgrade your subscription (such as moving from monthly to annual). If you choose to downgrade your subscription (such as annual to monthly), billing will begin at the end of your current billing period.
