How do I delete a Piknik child profile?

To delete a Piknik child profile, please follow the steps below:

1. Open your School, Toca Boca Jr, or Hair Salon 4 app
2. Tap on the Parent Icon (top-left)
3. Tap on Settings
4. Scroll down to Piknik child profiles
5. Tap Manage Profiles
6. Tap Update Profile under the profile you’d like to remove
7. Tap on the Delete icon (trash can) in the top-left corner of the screen
   1. This option will not be visible if only one profile is linked to the account.
8. Confirm the Deletion
9. You’re all set!

Important Notes before Deleting:

• Deleting a profile removes all saved progress and personalization associated with that profile across all devices and apps.
• Deleted profiles cannot be recovered.
