I don’t see my Piknik child profile on my Piknik account. How do I find this?
If you don’t see your Piknik child profile, it may be due to one of the following:
- You are not signed into your Piknik account
- To do this, follow the steps here
- You’re running an older version of the app
- Go to the App Store > Type the App Name > Tap Update - this should fix the issue!
- You haven’t set up a Piknik child profile yet. Get started here: How do I create a Piknik child profile?
- You only have a legacy profile and are using a different device. Learn more here: What are legacy profiles?
- The app may not support Piknik child profiles yet
- Apps currently compatible with Piknik child profiles include: Sago Mini School, Toca Boca Jr, and Hair Salon 4
Legacy Profile
