I completed a task, but it hasn't been checked off. What should I do?

Our team will be happy to look into this for you. To reach out to our support team, tap the Home Icon (right-hand side) to return to the Main Menu > Tap the Parents Icon (top-left) > Pass the parent gate by entering your year of birth > Tap Contact Us > Report a Bug.

An email draft should pop up. In your email, include the following information:

  1. The task you're having trouble with.
  2. Where you're experiencing the issue (Island or Starbase).
  3. Tap Send.

Our support team will respond within 1-5 business days. If you do not receive a response in that time, please be sure to check your "Junk" folder, as some email providers may mistakenly send our responses there.
