Where can I find my Sago Mini purchases, like Road Trip or Doctor?

As of February 29th, 2024, all Sago Mini Standalone apps have been removed from sale through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and Amazon App Store.

*Please note that this does not impact our bundled apps, including Sago Mini World, Sago Mini School, Sago Mini First Words, MathTango, Toca Boca Jr, and Hair Salon 4.

What are standalone apps?

Sago Mini offered standalone apps that were available to purchase for a one-time fee, independently from our bundled apps. This would include games such as Sago Mini Boats, Sago Mini Fun Fair, and more. You can see the full list of games here.

Will I still have access to my content?

Definitely! If you have previously purchased a Sago Mini Standalone app, don’t worry – you’ll still have full access to this content on your device.

*Please note that you will need to download the original standalone game(s) to access your purchase. You can do this by following the steps here.

What if I want to access these games but have not purchased these apps in the past?

All of the content from the Sago Mini Standalone apps can be found in Sago Mini World, all for one low monthly subscription.

You can also subscribe to a Piknik Unlimited Plan bundle, which includes access to Sago Mini World, Sago Mini School, Sago Mini First Words, MathTango, Toca Boca Jr, and Hair Salon 4.

*Please note that previous standalone purchases will not impact subscription prices.

How do I download previously purchased apps?

If you have any of our standalone apps downloaded on your device, you’ll continue to be able to use these as normal – no further steps are needed.

If you do not have your standalone app(s) currently installed, you can find your apps through your previous purchases in the App Store. To do this, please follow the steps below:

Google Play

Open the Google Play Store.
Tap Profile (top-right).
Tap Manage Apps and Devices > Manage.
Tap Not Installed.
Select the app(s) you wish to install.
You’re all set!.

Apple

Open the Apple App Store.
Tap Profile (top-right).
Tap Purchased.
- If you use Family Sharing, tap My Purchases or choose a family member’s name to see the content that they purchased.
Tap Not on this [device].
Select the app(s) you wish to install
You’re all set!

Amazon

Open the Amazon App Store.
Tap Profile (top-right).
Tap Library.
Select the app(s) you wish to install.
You’re all set!

My games appear locked. What do I do?
