I can't purchase a subscription through my child's device. What do I do?
If you’ve set up parental controls through your child's device(s), this may prevent subscription-based purchases through the App Store. We have two options to work around this:
Update Parental Controls
If you are interested in purchasing directly through the child's device, you may need to adjust those Parental Control settings to allow for subscription purchases. To change these settings or to learn more about these settings, you can review the steps for each App Store below.

Purchase through a Personal Device or Our Web Store
If you’d rather not change the settings on your child's device, that’s okay! You don’t have to.
Using a Personal Device
You can also download the app to your device and purchase directly through the app. Once purchased, open the app and create a Piknik account and you're ready to share across all your devices.
Using our Web Store
You can choose to purchase through our web store links. This will allow you to access your games through your Piknik account on multiple devices. You can view our links below:
- Piknik Unlimited Plan (includes access to World, School, First Words, MathTango, Toca Boca Jr, and Hair Salon 4: playpiknik.com.
- Individual Subscription plans (World, School, or First Words only): sagomini.com
