I tried to make a purchase, but it's not working. What do I do?

If you are attempting to purchase your App or Subscription through the App Store, we do recommend that you use an adult App Store profile and are not attempting to use the Family Link or Family Plan options, as this can cause errors when attempting to purchase a subscription-based app. Please note that subscription apps also will not accept gift cards or store credit as a valid payment method, so a credit card, Apple Pay or other valid method may need to be used.
We also recommend that you are connected to a stable WiFi or Data network.
