I tried to make a purchase, but it's not working. What do I do?

If you’re attempting to purchase your app or subscription through the App Store, we recommend that you use an adult App Store profile and avoid using the Family Link or Family Plan options. This can cause errors when attempting to purchase a subscription-based app. Please note that subscription apps also will not accept gift cards or store credit as a valid payment method, so a credit card, Apple Pay, or other valid method may need to be used.

We also recommend that you are connected to a stable WiFi or Data network.
