Why do I not have access to all the in-app content?
As a free member, we have chosen a selection of our fans' favorites that are available to play for free - no subscription needed.
If you would like to access our entire library of games, including Sago Mini World, Sago Mini School, Sago Mini First Words, Toca Boca Jr, and Toca Boca Hair Salon 4, you can choose to purchase our Piknik Unlimited Plan.
We also offer individual subscription plans for the app of your choice.
If you are a subscriber and find your games are locked, please be sure to log in to your Piknik Account to unlock your games. To do this, open your App > Tap on the Parent Icon (top-left) > Settings > Scroll down to "Sign In" > Enter your credentials, and you're all set!
