I'm a subscriber but can't see the new content in my app. What do I do?

Oh no, it looks like the new update may be playing hide-and-seek! Not to worry, we have an easy fix that should help you find your new content.

The App Store should automatically update your apps when new content becomes available. However, this setting may be turned off on your device. In that case, you may need to manually update your app. To do this, please follow the steps below.

Apple

  1. Open the App Store.
  2. Tap your Profile Icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Scroll until you see the Available Updates section.
  4. Tap "Update" next to app title, or tap "Update All."
  5. You're all set!

Google Play (Android)

  1. Open the Google Play Store.
  2. Tap your Profile Icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Tap "Manage Apps & Devices"
  4. Scroll to the app title and tap "Update"
  5. You're all set!

Amazon (Kindle)

  1. Open Apps.
  2. Tap "Store."
  3. Tap "App Updates."
  4. Scroll to the app title and tap "Update"
  5. You're all set!
