How do I get a refund?
If you are interested in applying for a refund, please follow the steps below associated with the App Store from which you purchased your subscription.
Purchased on iOS:
While we wish we could provide you with a refund personally, Apple currently handles all cancellation and refund requests directly. With this, you will need to appeal to Apple's support team for them to provide a refund. We wish we could provide further assistance and are terribly sorry for any inconvenience!

Purchased on Google Play:
To offer a refund, we will need your Order Number. You can find this number through the Order Receipt email you received from Google Play after your purchase was made. Your order number will start with GPA, followed by a series of numbers.
You can send us this information through our “Contact Us” link found at the bottom of this page. For the Subject line, please include “Refund Request” and your order number in the body of the message, and we’ll get right on it!
Purchased on Amazon:
While we wish we could provide you with a refund personally, Amazon currently handles all cancellation and refund requests and does not allow us to provide refunds directly. With this, you will need to appeal to Amazon directly for them to provide a refund. We wish we could provide further assistance and are terribly sorry for any inconvenience!
Directly after subscribing, you would’ve received two emails – one from us and one from Amazon. The email from Amazon explains how to cancel your subscription – you should also see Amazon’s Contact Us instructions, or you can try applying for a refund using their Help page.
