I keep getting the error, "Something Went Wrong." What do I do?

Internet Connection

This error can occur if you are not connected to a stable WiFi or Data network. With this in mind, we do recommend disconnecting and reconnecting to your internet network, as this may help resolve the issue.

*Please note that downloading over Data is turned off by default. If you would like to download over a Data network, please go to the Parent Icon (top-left) > Settings > Turn off "Download over WiFi only," and you're all set!

Clear Cache/Data

This error may occur if data was improperly stored on the device during the downloading or update of the App from the App Store. To fix this issue, we recommend clearing the cache and data of the app, and then uninstalling and reinstalling the app. This is different from simply uninstalling and will wipe all previous files, allowing for a fresh install that should fix the problem.

We have included how to do this on all major platforms below.

Apple

  1. Open your Settings App
  2. Select General
  3. Select your Storage
  4. Select your Sago Mini App
  5. Tap "Delete App"
  6. Go to the App Store and re-download your game
  7. You're all set!

Google Play or Amazon

  1. Open your Settings App
  2. Tap "Apps & Notifications."
  3. Tap "See All Apps > App Name (e.g. Sago Mini World) > Storage
  4. Tap "Clear Storage" and "Clear Cache". If you don't see "Clear Storage", then tap "Clear Data."
  5. Uninstall and reinstall your App
  6. You're all set!
