How do I delete my Account or Information?

To request to have your Piknik Account deleted, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to your app.
2. Head to the Parents Icon (top-left).
3. Pass the parental gate.
4. Tap “Settings.”
5. Select “Request Account Deletion.”
6. Fill out the form and hit send.

Our team should respond to your request within 3-5 business days.
