How can I cancel a subscription purchased from your website?

You can sign in to your account on our website to manage your subscription, or to cancel. Here's how:

1. Head to our account management portal and sign in with your Sago Mini account.
2. On the Account Overview page, choose Sago Mini First Words under My Subscriptions and tap ‘Manage Subscription’.
3. When you see the Manage Subscriptions pop up, tap your current plan to open.
4. Click Cancel Subscription > Confirm Cancellation.
