Why can't I download the new update?

In our efforts to provide the best possible gameplay experience for kids like yours around the world, we upgraded our tech systems and tools in April 2021. As a result, we no longer offer long-term support for Sago Mini World and Sago Mini School on Apple devices that use an operating system below iOS 9.

The good news is you will still be able to access your app and all the games you currently have! However, the new updates will not be compatible.

If you previously owned the app, but its no longer on your device, you can still access the older version of the app by re-downloading thee app from the “Purchased Apps” section of your App Store account.
