How do I change or upgrade my subscription plan?

If you would like to modify your subscription plan, you can do so through your App Store. To do this, please follow our subscription management steps below associated with the App Store used for your original purchase.

Purchased on iOS:

  1. Make sure you’re signed into the Apple ID that you used to subscribe.
  2. Open the App Store > Your Profile (top-right) > Subscriptions.
  3. Tap the name of the subscription that you want to change.
  4. Tap "See All Plans."
  5. Select the new plan you would like to start.
  6. You’re all set!

Purchased on Google Play:

  1. Make sure you’re signed into the Google Play ID that you used to subscribe.
  2. Open the Play Store App.
  3. Tap on your Profile (top-right) > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
  4. Tap "Manage Subscription."
  5. Select the new plan you would like to start.
  6. Select a supported payment method.
  7. Tap "Buy or Subscribe."
  8. You’re all set!

Purchased on Amazon:

  1. On your computer, please go to amazon.com > "Your Account."
  2. Select "Your Apps" under "Digital Content and Devices."
  3. Select "Your Subscriptions" under "Manage."
  4. Select the new plan you would like to start.
  5. You’re all set!

Purchased on Piknik Website:

If you have purchased your subscription through our web portal, you can upgrade your subscription to Piknik through our website here: Upgrade to Piknik - or - use our “Contact Us” link found at the bottom of the page with the email address used to subscribe, and we’ll be happy to assist you!

Please note that your new subscription plan will begin immediately if you choose to upgrade your subscription (such as moving from monthly to annual). If you choose to downgrade your subscription (such as annual to monthly), billing will begin at the end of your current billing period.
